I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a master’s degree in public health. I have over 14 years of experience in medical social work and clinical supervision.

Throughout my career in both public and private healthcare settings, I have provided counseling and intervention to individuals facing life-altering diagnoses, including chronic conditions like diabetes, cancer, and fibromyalgia, as well as those navigating pre- and post-transplant care.

I specialize in helping clients manage the emotional, mental, and physical challenges of chronic illness, guiding them through major life adjustments with a focus on empowerment and holistic well-being.

Beyond direct client work, I mentor and train other clinicians and wellness professionals in trauma-informed care and the mind-body connection, promoting a patient-centered approach that strengthens provider-patient relationships and improves health outcomes.

My mission is to create a space where both patients and providers feel supported, understood, and equipped to navigate the complexities of healthcare with confidence.
